* Degree in psychology major, preferably with Psychology proficiency
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment & assessment
* Good in interview skill & experience in interview method
* Able to handle documentation, administration, filing & data analysis
* Having experience in maintaining employees, handling agreement, screening and recruitment data administration would be an advantage
* Having a good communication skill and have a good command in Indonesia and English
